this newer (2024) Solar Notebook charger model (#NB42B) is different that before in that it does NOT have an autosocket for the USB Car Charger. Instead, one solders wires from the solar module(s) (panels) directly to contacts on the USB Car Charger. Thus SOLDERING is REQUIRED in this version of the Solar Notebook. Soldering wires directly to the USB Car Charger. 2 options. This eliminates the need for an autosocket in your circuit, by hardwiring the car charger to the wires of your solar notebook. option1 - solder to the contacts on the exterior of the car charger option2 - remove the casing and solder to contacts within the charger.

I can’t close the sun oven with my latches. Do I need a screw driver to loosen them like you did in the video? Not sure if it’s just me.
When I use mine I think to get the most sun beems I think I'll have to walk up early and set this up because it was 2pm and couldn't get for Direct sunlight so what's up light shadow in the indicator was way off
Can you please show a close-up of how to assemble the supporting bar? I just I had one I used it once, put it in my garage for several years, just took it out again to use it, can't find the instructions and I'm stuck. Can't figure out how to assemble the adjusting bar.
MArvelous work. But in all their videos they only talk about WHAT they do and very little about HOW they do, especially the details of how they compost. Thankfully the questions often touch on these subjects. But I wish they would include more details...

the problem with having a lot of outside air on those deck like areas is the air pollution. i would want my house all sealed up with airocide nasa filters and ionic uv towers.
